Free Shipping for orders over $150 and a flat rate $9.95 for orders under $150 (excludes rural/remote areas*)

Express delivery is also available and is charged at a flat rate of $15.95 (excludes rural/remote areas*)

We ship Australia wide and even to Parcel Locker and PO Boxes! All items will be dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney. Our cut-off time is 12PM Monday to Friday.

Bulky Goods: Due to the size and weight of a very select number of items, there is a delivery charge based on their size. This will automatically be calculated and added to your cart at checkout.

Bulky Goods are excluded from our free delivery for orders over $150 offer and from any promotional free shipping offers.

Preorder item(s): if your order containing any preorder items, it will be shipped together once all items are in stock. If you wish to get the in-stock item(s) shipped straightaway, please make a separate order. 

Our products are available for immediate dispatch and delivered with Australia Post service and other delivery partners including Sendle & Aramex

We'll send you a shipping notification with a tracking number on the same day your items are shipped.

Delivery times frame suggestion:

• Sydney Metro - up to 2 business days
• Melbourne & Brisbane Metro -  from 2 to 3 business days,
• Adelaide Metro - 3 business days
• Perth & Darwin Metro - up to 5 - 7 business days
• Tasmania - up to 5 business days.

For all regional/rural areas - the delivery time will take slightly longer depending on the state and region.

*Express & Standard shipping to regional/rural areas might incurs additional charges. If there is, an email will be sent to notify the recipient of any additional charges. If the recipient is not willing to pay the additional charges, we will refund the order. 

Delivery times should be treated as estimates only. Expected delivery time frames commence from your parcel being dispatched.

Please note: Shipping days do not include public holidays

Products are addressed and delivered to the address submitted and indicated on your order confirmation. In a situation where no one is available to sign for and take delivery of your ordered products, courier service will leave a card requesting you to collect them at the nearest Post Office.

Although best efforts are made to deliver in specified time frames, there is no guarantee that the delivery will be made in the stated time and it depends on our delivery partner - Australia Post.

To prevent situations where you miss our delivery, please provide additional delivery instructions when finalising your order.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and up to date shipping information, including the unit number, street number, street name, and postcode. In cases where a parcel is returned due to missing or inaccurate information, the customer will be liable for both return and redelivery fees, as charged by Australia Post

Risk and title in goods passes to you- the buyer on the date and time of delivery of the goods to the delivery address provided in your order.

Pick up

Orders are usually ready for collection within 24 hours and can be collected Monday-Friday between the hours of 9 AM-5 PM (excluding public holidays). Weekend orders will be processed on the following Monday.

You will receive an email when your order is ready for you at our address 2 Percival Rd, Smithfield NSW 2164 (we are part of Storage King Warehouse). Wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before you drop by.

Please note: Pick Up is from our Storage King warehouse office, which is not a shop front, so no browsing items or point of sale available. Please advise staff your name and order number for collection.
